When the SKIPOV and SKOSO school groups in Brabant merged, they turned to ZUID with a challenge: How could they unite over 3,500 students, 400 teachers, and various stakeholders, each from different locations, environments, backgrounds, and cultures, into one cohesive entity? Additionally, they were looking to become an attractive group for teachers seeking a work environment focused on meaningful education. These are precisely the topics that resonate with our communication and creative experts. So we eagerly got to work.
The strategy was seemingly simple: emphasize the collective power of diversity. This central brand concept was made tangible through a new name, identity, internal communication plan and an employment communication plan. ZUID designed tools and templates so that the schools were able to implement things themselves. ZUID shared the goods, the knowledge and took on an advisory role. Helping Verdi schools to manage their own communication, keeping things efficient and cost-effective.
Armed with a simple strategy, employer value proposition, new name, visual identity, website and all the necessary communication tools, we created a structured communication foundation, which schools could easily and efficiently implement themselves. The schools were unified under the name Verdi and the employer brand went from strength to strength.
